The world's economy is falling apart; global warming is going to burn us alive; David Suzuki is on another refrigerator theft spree; and vampires are a constant threat to all of us. All in all, the world is a pretty shitty place. We have problems compounded on problems with no end in sight, and what is Mercury is doing about it?  Absolutely NOTHING. These are tough times, and we can't have planets just sitting around on their asses while we struggle.

The propaganda put out by the Mercury lobby leads us to believe that it is completely powerless to help - that it's just a hunk of rock hanging out by the sun.  These are LIES! We are being lied to by a planet that has no conscience, and absolutely no regard for the people of earth.  We are being fed a line, and we're believing it.  Wake up people.  It is the responsibility of every person on earth to tell any planet that will not pull its share that we will no longer stand for this.

How can Mercury get away with this sort of laziness while there are other planets that are doing so much to help the human race?  Look at Jupiter, and the humanitarian work it has been doing in Africa.  Look at Venus, and the all of the relief work it did following the Tsunami in 2004.  Even Pluto has been working tirelessly to bring education to children in the third-world - and this is after we stripped away its rights as a planet.  We seem to have one standard for Mercury, and an entirely different standard for the rest of the planets.

We, as a planet, need to stop accepting the lies and inaction of Mercury.  This has been going on for far too long, and it needs to stop.  Rise up people, rise up and let this planet know that we are not going to take this any more, that we DEMAND action.  The time for laziness, for lies, and for inaction is over.

This is a solar system Mercury, and you are not pulling your weight.  Pick it up.
