I was reading about these new drugs, distributed in Canada by Purepillz.

www.purepillz.ca

They are a 'legal' alternative to drugs like ecstasy. Wanting to know a little more about this stuff, I read this article:

Stimulant pills provide energy, but come with possible side effects and risk

It talks about what the drugs are, what some possible side effects are, the legal status, etc.

I'd like to highlight the following couple of paragraphs:

Firstly:

"Anyone that sells drugs that are so-called legal, it's all money. The whole purpose is to make money," said Scott Rintoul, a B.C.-based RCMP officer who's been working the rave and clubbing scene since 1998.

I've done some additional research, and found Officer Rintoul to be correct! I am shocked (as I'm sure you are as well).

My moral opposition to the prosecution of illegal-drug dealers is on the grounds that they are selling these drugs in an effort to provide their customers with a wicked-fun time. If that that is not the case for legal-drugs dealers, we may have to treat the two as separate entities.

If the health and safety is of their customers is not their primary concern, legal-drug dealers may engage in practices that could be harmful to legal-drug addicts. Luckily, the potential harm to users is greatly lower with legal-drugs than with the illegal ones.

If the illegal-drug dealers were to shift their focus from the well-being of users to something more sinister - like money, society would have a real problem on its hands.

Secondly:

Officers first noticed BZP hit Vancouver's mainstream about two years ago, he said, causing them concern its users are engaging in unsafe behaviours like high-risk sex.

I don't think most people are aware of amount of high-risk sex going on today, but it's becoming an epidemic. People who can no longer get their jollies from sex alone are increasing the amount of risk, in an attempt to re-gain the excitement.

The type of high-risk sex varies person-to-person, as well as by geography.

In rural areas, you've got farmers having sex on combines. In urban areas, there are people having sex while hanging off of balconies. In recycling plants, they have sex in the compactors - turning once boring sex into a race against the clock.

In any of these high-risk situations, both parties must have their wits about them. If they're using Purepillz products, there could be serious consequences.

Thirdly:

"If I listened to every single doctor about every single warning, we probably wouldn't be eating, breathing, or drinking or anything," said Paul Desautels, 30.

This is one issue that really resonates with me. My doctors have been telling me for years that I shouldn't be eating, breathing, or drinking. After only one week of not eating, breathing, or drinking, I found myself feeling extremely weak, my mind was functioning very slowly, and I was dead.

All of the doctors who are recommending this anti-life lifestyle should go back and check the hippocratic oath. It sickens me that the pro-death lobby has been able to get so many of our doctors on their payroll.

This goes back to the drug-dealer thing. If you can't trust your doctors, or your dealers, to care for your well-being, who can you trust?

Is it just me or is the sentance "Anyone that sells drugs that are so-called legal, it's all money", not atucally a sentence and doesn't actually make sense? I've read it over a few times and have yet to understand it. Please explain.

    hilarious post.

I think he's saying that the only thing the makers and vendors of 'so-called-legal' drugs care about is money.

    This article is pretty awesome.

If only we could forward it to that brilliant RCMP officer.
With a pack of purepillz and some condoms.

Although he probably has stacks of condoms already from his morally acceptable drug dealer friends who clearly provided him with the research on which he bases his opinions.

    p.s.
    purepillz

Please, piperazines do not lead to wanton sex- they barely register in that respect when compared to other drugs.

Also, "doing it for money", I think that's why anybody sells anything, Mr Policeman.

The reason they are a safer alternative is that you KNOW what is in them and can dose appropriately- no surprises.

The purepillz guys are awesome, and until the cops start seizing cigarettes from the shelves I'll take their efforts to "save me from myself" with a grain of salt.
