You may have noticed, but I've taken a bit of a blogging break. Exams were crazy, but now that school is done for the year, I can get back to the things that really matter - like blogging.
I am currently without employment. I'm on a co-op term, but ... well, there aren't too many co-op jobs out there, so I'm currently working full-time on iPhone app development. I've done a lot of quick learning in the recent days, and things are really starting to come together on that front.
In the pursuit of iPhone and objective-c knowledge, I have stumbled across iTunes U. This is a collection of audio, video, and PDF knowledge, which is freely distributed to ... wait for it ... anyone. Notable universities record lectures, and distribute them via iTunes. Want to learn about quantum mechanics? No problem, just sit in on a lecture at MIT, or Berkley. Want to learn about iPhone development? No problem! You can, for all intents and purposes, take a course at Stanford in just that - for free. Pretty cool, I must say.
Over the next couple of posts, I'm going to be giving you instalments of a play I wrote (no, not a real attempt at art, just a silly assignment). I'm going to have to go ahead and say that it's a masterpiece, but you can judge for yourself ... so come back tomorrow for Act 1, Scene 1.
