So a little while ago, I went into Zehr's, and I was met with this:
So I decided to shop at Sobey's, until I found this:
Really?! How rude. My issue here is not the 5¢, but the bold-faced lie. Not for a moment do I believe that these stores are doing this for the environment. They're doing this because it's costing them money. I wouldn't have a problem if they put up this poster:
BUT ... they didn't . They chose to lie. They think I'm an idiot, so now I'm annoyed. I don't care about eco-chic. A few plastic bags are not causing global warming, but the word 'green' seems to be able to make people do anything these days.
